Before founding his firm, Ezra spent approximately 13 years as in-house counsel with South Florida real estate development companies. His experience included acquisitions, financing transactions, joint ventures, development projects, commercial leasing, and the ongoing legal issues associated with owning and operating real estate. That background gives him a practical understanding of real estate transactions from the perspective of the owner and developer.
