Ezra Rubin, PLLC serves as outside business counsel to privately held companies, business owners, investors, and real estate ventures. Ezra advises clients on both ongoing legal matters and significant transactions, including acquisitions and sales, operating and joint venture agreements, ownership and governance arrangements, commercial contracts, leasing, and real estate transactions.

Before founding his firm, Ezra spent approximately 13 years as in-house counsel with South Florida real estate development companies, working closely with senior management on a broad range of transactional, operational, and legal matters affecting the business. That experience shapes his approach today: practical advice grounded in the client’s business objectives, with close attention to economics, control, and risk allocation.
